CF&S (Chartering, Forwarding and Ships Agents) is a logistics group established in 1997. The head office of CF&S is located in Estonia with branch offices in Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Poland, the Netherlands, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. CF&S Group is a subsidiary of Baltic Maritime Logistics Group (BMLG) a 100% Estonian private holding company engaged in strategic planning and financial management in freight forwarding and road, rail, sea and air transportation, ships and liner agencies, port and stevedore services, representation of ocean container lines and chartering. The aim of CF&S is to provide high quality and professional road, railway, sea and air transport solutions, warehousing and distribution services, forwarding of containers, chartering and ship agency services. While understanding the requests and needs of our customers, CF&S offers uniquely flexible, efficient, and competitive services. The Group employs over 200 employees. In 2021, the consolidated net turnover was over 106 M€. Through a network of own offices, partners and agents around the world, CF&S provides high quality logistics and transport services on all continents. The company runs its business in accordance with the Quality Management System standards set by a parent company CF&S Estonia AS and with applicable provisions of international and national laws and rules. CF&S Estonia Warehouse environmental management system has been approved by DNV Business Assurance and complies with environmental assurance standard ISO 14001:2015.
