Motacann Holdings LLC, a St. Louis, Missouri based company, was awarded an infused products manufacturing license by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) that was commenced in late 2021, and recently awarded a dispensary license in St. Louis that will be open in 2nd-3rd quarter of 2022. Motacann has also partnered up with an MSO to build out a vertically integrated operation in Lake of the Ozarks, Phase 1 will be completed in February 2022. The MOTA team recognizes the critical importance of branding in the cannabis industry and is committed to a scientific approach to product development leveraged with a strong IP component. Products will include branded gummies, mints, chocolates, capsules, topicals, prerolls, an elixir/tincture, a full spectrum RSO oil, and a few different styles and brands of vape pens. Motacann plans to employ 25 - 30 trained professionals to operate the two facilities.
