The New Normal was founded to provide peer to peer support for bereaved adults who needed a space to talk about the emotions and experiences that come when suffering with grief. We host sessions in a small group format to enable these discussions between those with similar experiences. Our group hosts are also bereaved and understand the feelings and emotions all too well.
