A Joint Venture between CPF (India) Private Limited, a subsidiary company of Charoen Pokphand Foods PCL, Thailand, and King Aqua Services (Pvt) Ltd has been formed and the new entity has been registered in Sri Lanka as LOTUS AQUACULTURE LANKA (PRIVATE) LTD. The New Joint Venture company LOTUS AQUACULTURE LANKA (PRIVATE) LTD desirous of expanding the existing Aquaculture business and establishing new fisheries and aquaculture projects like shrimp/prawn/fish farming and shrimp/prawn/fish hatchery, shrimp/prawn exports, and disease diagnostics capacity building in Sri Lanka.
