Paper Paste Living ApS started in the year of 2021, now we are on a journey to create sustainable home furniture with paper waste as our starting point. Incorporating other materials to give the paper base an edge was necessary, therefore we ensure to source other sustainable matters like coco fibres or regenerated cotton. Each product is designed by the Danish design studio led by Hans Thyge. The production takes place locally in Spain near Barcelona, we use two manufacturers located 1km within each other. Pasqual Arnella a paper company established in 1892, is where the paper waste turns into beautiful, poetic paper paste furniture. Shape of nature is our starting point both for designs but also how we relate the products to their surroundings. Paper comes from trees and by recycling paper we are finding yet another use for this natural material.
