Mjälloms Tunnbröd was founded in 1923 by Rut Wiberg and is Sweden's oldest thin bread bakery. Still a family business, we continue to bake from the heart of the High Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Tunnbröd or "thin bread" as we call it in English is a thin type of crispbread and is Sweden's original type of bread. Our bread is entierly natural, milk-free and made from carefully selected ingredients. The low water content make it crispy and gives it a uniquely long life.
