Community-Building Institute Middletown, Inc is an asset based community development organization that is passionate, sometimes obsessive, about Middletown. CBI is a team of high powered change agents who act as catalysts in helping the people of Middletown become passionate, involved and empowered to transform their neighborhoods into thriving communities.
