Sankofa Properties LLC operates as a real estate investment firm specializing in two services: We work directly with distressed homeowners, particularly those who have debt on their property, to create amicable solutions by relieving them of their burdensome properties. We buy their properties, pay off debts, make any necessary repairs, and resell them for profit. We also collaborate with other investors to assist them in their business. When we can't buy these properties ourselves, we tap into our network, and refer them to other investors. We do all the leg work.
