The China-Belgium Technology Center (CBTC) project, situated within the Louvain-la-Neuve Science Park, is owned, operated and managed by United Investment Europe SA. The CBTC serves as a two-way business gateway for both Chinese and Belgian/European companies. The China Belgium Technology Center welcomes Chinese companies that are interested in Belgium as an entry point to develop their EU market. CBTC also welcomes Belgian - European companies interested in developing their entry in the Chinese market. The CBTC offers a business complex that includes offices (with tailor made option), co-working space, conference center, labs, exhibition space, proximity stores, with a business hotel and parking. CBTC also has an Operation Center, which offers one-stop landing services to the companies arriving in the CBTC, but also offers services for the companies residing in the center.
