Our mission We are reclaiming the internet as a force for the common good and advocating a new internet that strengthens the public domain. One of our key activities is the development of a framework of digital quality marks, that technically validates the code and tooling of a website or software application with our values. We call these signs of merit our ‘Public Badges’. Our goal We are committed to accelerating the development of an alternative software ecosystem that serves the common interest and does not seek profit. Our coalition We are twenty parties in public media, cultural heritage, festivals, museums, education and health care.
