As predominantly Crew recruiters with 15 years of experience and a large organically built, bespoke database, we are now naturally transitioning into recruiting for a variety of specialised roles within the Maritime Industry. We are assisting some of our longstanding crew and clients to evolve and develop their marine careers into a new area of the industry by becoming Project Managers, Operational Managers, Surveyors, PAs and into other opportunities. As well as crewing some of the most extraordinary craft we are now working with highly regarded shore-based companies to grow their own teams. The C&C team continues with Crew placement from Captain to Engineers, Deck, Interior and Galley.
