While with the City of Ottawa, Mr. Manconi led several major building projects, including the Lansdowne Park Redevelopment ($450 million), the Ottawa Art Gallery and Arts Court Redevelopment ($120 million), and the new Central Library and Archives Building ($100+ million). His private sector experience includes general contracting to heavy industrial (oil refineries, mines, and pulp and paper plants). ND Management has the experience needed to manage multi-disciplinary teams at various levels of corporations and government, as well as oversee large scale construction projects from breaking ground to completion.
