The mission of Rest in Flow is "Reliable ease in every mind". Mainstream secular Mindfulness lacks the practices and teachings required to discover the root causes of mental discomfort and address them directly. Rest in Flow is redesigning the secular mindfulness teachings around deeper elements of Buddhist and modern psychology to address the root causes of suffering and help people find a place of stability and composure in the midst of ever changing life situation and inner world. The same way the world today reflects the inner turmoil and conflict we all experience, it reflects the internal peace when it's there. Ease in every mind is possible and we believe that with it will come the peace on this beautiful tiny planet we call our home.
