WELCOME TO BMA PLANNING BMA Planning is a broad based planning and development consultancy which has provided its services to public and private sector clients throughout the length and breadth of Ireland for over 20 years. Based in Dublin 2, the practice was established in 1989 by the late Dr. Brian Meehan. Since 2004, the practice has been managed by Ray Ryan who has assembled a team of town planners and management staff to maintain and build upon the high standards and ethos established under its founder. Our objective is for our clients to experience the tangible benefits of sound planning advice, which we believe will save them time and money in the planning process. In addition to its permanent in-house expertise in town planning, the practice also works as part of multi-disciplinary teams with other professionals. In this regard, we can call upon experience and particular expertise of a variety of architectural, engineering, landscape, urban design/ masterplanning, environmental and economic specialisations as required and targeted to the needs of each individual project.
