stichting Open Source & Overheid
www.oseno.nlOpen Source & Overheid (open source & government) aims to ease the transition to open source software for local and other governmental organizations, so they can benefit from the huge strategic and financial advantages of open source. The transition to open source for governments is being hampered by a number of challenges that cannot be completely countered by any individual governmental organization. An external party is better equiped to face those challenges. We do this by pooling the resources of several organizations; by designing long-term road maps for transitions; by freeing up resources through targeted contract- and licence management and by improving what's on offer.
