Residents for Uttlesford (R4U) is the local political party formed by residents groups in north Essex. They are the majority party at Uttlesford District Council and Saffron Walden Town Council. The party provide a strong, independent voice for people that live in the Uttlesford council district. The party believes that on local issues, locals should decide and not Westminster party whips.
