After working in the industry for 8+ years, with businesses such as Deutsche Bank and IHS Towers, Lara’s career has been nothing short of colourful. Lara has managed huge transformational projects working to solve business problems through HR and people data, ensuring that HR teams and the data systems supporting them work like a well oiled machine. Lara set up Pink Jelly with the intention of taking her learnings and experience, and applying them to the businesses she works with.
