The purpose of SBTA is to be the platform where we work towards "cost effective business meeting and travel" in the private as well as in the public sector. Our business concept is to be the neutral network and foundation, which will allow the further development of Travel and Meetings Management in Swedish companies and organisations. We represent the platform for a continual dialogue between the customer and the supplier which contributes to the development of the business travel products and systems of the future. SBTA monitors and influences the development within the business travel area through contact with the different parts of the travel market and with authorities. Through the establishment of networks within the association we have created important platforms for exchange of experience amongst the customers and between the customers and the suppliers/agents. Deepened understanding of each others position is the foundation of a successful result for all parts.
