The Training Center is not just a vocational school for industry professionals. For 35 years, we have helped thousands of individuals start or advance their careers in plant operations. Today we offer a broad range of plant-related training, including boiler operation, refrigeration, cogeneration, and other programs. The Training Center Group is our services company. TCG is an Operation & Maintenance Company. We are a leading provider in proven, cost-effective, third-party boiler operation services. In our approach, we focus on the fundamentals as we seek to operate plants as they were designed and intended. We hire motivated licensed operators that we train in the state of New Jersey, develop effective procedures and programs, train our employees in their implementation, and seek continuous improvement.
