Mission 3G Project (M3GP) is an ongoing research and development project initiated by educationist and Indian entrepreneur Dr Sahid Cholayil in 2010 to design learning solutions for better decision making in the personal, financial, career, and social aspects of life. M3GP was founded in 2010, following Dr Sahid’s vision in education that initiated study on problems of 21st century education ecosystem. The ideation and operations of research and development happened mostly in India, UAE, and USA. In the 7th year of its inception, the project has successfully completed the pilot run of the educational design (3G App) which is estimated to be one of the largest solutions ever designed in this domain. The 3G App is an IoT (Internet of Things) technology enabled education solution empowered with cognitive technology which will enable personalization of education to its possible maxima and advanced profiling of each learner. This innovative design using AI technology has awarded with the World Education Award at the World Education Summit 2017 held in Dubai. The project aims at developing a 21st century learning experience affordable and accessible for every learner. By the means of 3G App, the project envisions to identify the true “inborn potential” of every learner using advanced profiling and thereby empowering the individual with customized tools to augment the potential skills. The M3GP team believes that this augmentation process is inevitable in the onset of a cognitive era where intelligent machines pose a significant threat to the human race.
