Since 2003 3QC has commissioned over 45 million square feet of facilities worth over $17 billion in construction. We have over 400 commissioning projects in our company portfolio that provide evidence of our ability to smoothly and efficiently manage commissioning engagements. Our processes are based on best practices and industry standards from ASHRAE, NIBS, ACG, and BCA, and have been successfully applied on over 150 LEED and CHPS certified projects. Our experience includes new construction, tenant improvements, renovations, remodels, modernizations, and multiple project delivery programs. Our active participation in the development and update of LEED, CalGreen and Title 24 is consistent with our proactive approach to commissioning.
