In 2019 ,Marcantonio Global stood up a public-private partnership Defense Technology Innovation Program (DTIP) with OUSD Policy Executive Secretariat Director, Dr. Lance Hampto. The DTIP is not only limited to the US but also expands across 130 defense federal intelligence community and NATO allies with the outreach and bold course of actions from visionary and empowering US Officials senior executives and flag officers. The program is designed to promote cooperation and collaboration across the defense and intelligence communities, as well as with NATO allies, in order to enhance the overall resilience and adaptability of the national defense enterprise. The DTIP's outreach efforts are led by senior executives and flag officers who are committed to driving innovation and collaboration across the defense and intelligence communities, and they work closely with their counterparts in other countries to promote the development of new capabilities and technologies that can be shared and leveraged to enhance overall defense and security.
