The Carpenters/Contractors Cooperation Committee (Quad C) is a non-profit watchdog organization established pursuant to the Federal Labor Management Cooperation Act of 1978 (29 U.S.C Sect. 175a). For over 30 years, the Quad C has collaborated with local, state and federal civil and criminal law enforcement agencies across the Southwest region to crack down on payroll tax fraud, wage theft practices and other unlawful business practices that have a negative impact in the construction industry.
