E N Suiter & Sons Ltd is a family owned and run construction business based in King’s Lynn Established in 1973, the company has a wide range of clients across East Anglia ranging from Local Authorities, Housing Associations, schools, the healthcare sector and many private clients. The vast majority of our work is repeat business as we continue to fulfil our reputation as an efficient modern thinking professional business, whilst still retaining the old fashioned values of reliability, honesty and integrity that we strive to preserve throughout the company. We have completed a variety of contracts to the highest level, from major design & build contracts worth in excess of £20m and a variety of commercial projects and refurbishments of schools and private dwellings. With the wide resources we have available to us we are able to undertake substantial projects in the East Anglian region, whilst still offering the client a flexible and friendly non-contractual approach. Communication is key to the success of all our projects and we pride ourselves on being approachable and professional at all times. As well as working in the main contractor role, we also carry out a number of in house developments and with this experience we are often able to guide clients through the whole process with first-hand experience and knowledge.
