WHAT IS INCLUDED: * Cooking lesson 60 min - 180 min * Guided Meditation and Mindfulness Self Care Experience * Three-Course Organic Farm-to-Table Family Style Meal MINDFULNESS IN OUR CLASSROOM Before jumping into the kitchen, your group will be lead in mindfulness breathing techniques. Between spices that aid indigestion, ancient breathing techniques that soothe the nervous system, and wonderful conversation over dinner, your mind and body will thank you in the days to come. Leave feeling blissful, full, and taken care of by good company and good food. CLASSES WE OFFER FOR FAMILIES: Culinary Superhero- Kids learn basic knife skills, kitchen safety and hygiene procedures, social emotional learning to manage their own stress, and how to cook farm to table family style meals.
