Since 1988, Tecnoalloy has provided a calibrated and meticulous service to users and manufacturers of heat treatment ovens. We specialise in the design and production of furnace charging equipment, spare parts for ovens and of all artefacts, fitted with special steel with high nickel content, operating in high temperature and/or corrosion. The main advantage of Tecnoalloy is its ability to supply a "turnkey", non-standard product, to its clients. We believe, therefore, that design plays a primary role. We have been using CAD 3D programmes in design as a matter routine since 1996, FEA/FEM simulation was implemented in 2000 and, since 2007, rapid prototyping (3D printer). The production is carried out by highly qualified and motivated operators, using the most advanced construction equipment in the sector. For metal cutting , WaterJet technologies and MIG/TIG welding are used. Tecnoalloy can be regarded as a company of first choice due to the continuous provision of high quality articles that ensure the client attains the highest level of production efficiency (that is, at the lowest cost per kilogram of the treated material) and the best duration.
