Personal Power and Prosperity is an experiential personal growth workshop designed to help individuals develop emotional agility, heal events from the past, challenge limiting beliefs, and create the life they most want to live. All courses are led by specially trained mental health professionals and life coaches and supported by dozens of graduate assistants to make the experience as healing and supportive as possible. P3 builds upon the framework of Individual Psychology developed by Alfred Adler and utilizes therapeutic techniques of experiential therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and parts psychology to name a few.
