I have over 10 years experience working in marketing management for small start-ups and charities through to large international organisations. I decided to set-up Tembo as over the years I have gained extensive experience in marketing across a broad range of sectors and I soon realised that the marketing landscape is ever changing so sometimes it may be hard for even the larger organisations to keep up.
