Cool Runnings have been creating unique experiences in Ireland since 2007. As Ireland’s largest Ice Rink operator we specialise in the production, management, and marketing of pop-up events. In August 2021 Cool Runnings acquired Zipit Forest Adventures – Ireland’s biggest high ropes course. CRE has previously operated brands such as The Nightmare Realm (Cork & Dublin) and Ocean Escapes. Iceskating.ie is Ireland’s largest operator of seasonal Ice Skating Events. Our flagship event previously known as Cork On Ice has been operating since 2007 while we also own and operate Ice Skating Blanchardstown and pre-pandemic operated Winterval On Ice, Mullingar On Ice and many more. In September 2021 CRE announced that Cork On Ice would be reimagined and change both its offering and its name to the Alpine Skate Trail and in doing so bring Ireland’s first outdoor ice skating trail to Cork. Zipit Forest Adventures is a high ropes course nestled high in the treetops of Irish Forest Parks. We currently operate three parks in Farran Woods in Cork, Tibradden Woods, Dublin, and Lough Key, Roscommon. Both Iceskating.ie & Zipit Forest Adventures have enjoyed considerable growth over the last number of years, which we have plans to continue over the next few years.
