Brian helps victims in personal injury claims and wrongful death claims, stemming from car accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, and products liability. Brian also helps homeowners in sinkhole claims, first and third party insurance claims and disputes, and commercial and construction litigation. In 2013, Brian began representing business and individuals in BP Oil Spill Claims. Brian has successfully tried and arbitrated cases stemming from Ocala to Fort Myers, and was lead counsel for one of the largest BP eligible business’ claims to date of over $17,300,000 dollars. While presenting the case ultimately to a judge, jury or arbitrator is typically the last result, Brian’s goal is to successfully present each case from the beginning to adjusters, counsel, mediator, and expose extreme risk to successfully resolve each case in the most equitable and just way on behalf of his client.
