The College of Education at UIC works to improve educational and life outcomes in schools and communities through community-engaged research as well as by preparing educators to work with diverse learners inside and outside the classroom. Since 1965, the College has prepared teachers, principals, researchers, activists, and policymakers to address inequities and complex social issues in the field of education.
