Freepathshala is a Gurgaon based NGO building educational opportunities for children of construction workers. Labors at the small construction sites are not able to send their kids to school due to frequent changing job location. Freepatshala operates from parks nearby to such construction sites and as a bridge school, we educate such kids to there age-appropriate level and then admin them to nearby schools. To ensure students do not get dropped out we follow these multidimensional approaches: * FreeNaukri Center - Here we help labor to find a job nearby Freepathshala . we connect with building contractors & request them to approach us for there manpower needs so that parents do not shift to far places. In order to reduce the impact of sudden job loss we educate kids mothers to look maid work in nearby localities to reduce the pressure of searching job at far places. * Conduct monthly PTM ( Parents Teacher meeting ) Along with routine performance discussion, monthly PTM give us the opportunity to motivate parents & give Life building advice to overcome the challenges offered by there surrounding. * Fast Forward Curriculum. We cover 1yr course in 3 months to bring kid as close to their age-appropriate class. * Nearby Centers 5 of the freepathshala center are located keeping in mind ease of traveling for kids.
