SEA THE MOUNTAINS, with a creative and technical approach to photography. Using 35mm film with a strong focus on architecture (interior and exterior), street, landscape / nature, people and travel. Starting out in 2005, shooting digital and after many years making a switch to film. With a slight change in direction, the process being just as (if not more so) important than the end result (being a bonus). Shooting with a 40+ year old camera certainly produces an interesting result. The somewhat random results, joys and pains of using an old camera system. Slowing the entire process down considerably. Having extensively travelled throughout Europe, everything about the experience of exploring new places, culture, history and how it influences local people and place. Flavours of classic cinematic techniques being incorporated into each moment captured.
