Dnieprotechservice scientific and production group comprises a group of Ukrainian machine-building enterprises. Specialization of the Group - development, production, selling and maintenance of equipment, machines and facilities, creation of technologies for enterprises of cosmic and aviation branch, for enterprises of ore-dressing, metallurgic, coke-chemical, oil and gas, electrotechnical, automobile industry, energy and building industry, underground and mines, railroad and marine terminals. The group’s management company - Dnieprotechservice scientific and production firm – was founded on December 18, 1992. At the moment of its formation the company was engaged in rolled metal and ferrous metal pipes sale. The company became one of the key players in the pipe market. In seven years after it was created, in 2000, Dnieprotechservice started active consolidation of industrial enterprises’ majority shareholdings, it undertook responsibility for thousands of employees, for maintenance and development of enterprises of national importance. On the threshold of its tenth birthday Dnieprotechservice built an integrated system – Dnieprotechservice scientific and production group. The company itself became the management company of the group – it determined the group’s development strategy and made investments, formed and implemented unified standards and acted as the products’ delivery guarantor.
