Being the 1st pet company established in the Greek market, Lydia ltd. is widely regarded as one of the leaders in the Greek pet market, representing successfully a portfolio of 31 trademarks from Europe, Middle East and America for all kind of pets and is one of the most recognizable Greek companies abroad as far as pets are concerned. The distribution channels covered by the company are pet and vet specialized stores, research centers and Animal Parks, breeders and trainers. The headquarters of the company are located in Athens in proprietary facilities, which house the Administration department, the Sales and Marketing department (divided into 2 subcategories: dogs & cats, small animals & birds), the Customer service and the Financial department (Accounting & HR). The warehousing and the transportation (Logistics) of the company, take place in a different area, 25 km away from the Headquarters, in the area of Koropi, while the transportation of the orders is done with proprietary trucks.
