The Litchfield Regional Training Center (LRTC) trains and educates the industrial workforce of tomorrow with a focus on Welding, CNC Machine, and Robotics training classes. Our vision is to create opportunities that prepare individuals of all ages for successful careers in the trades. The LRTC originated from the Litchfield Initiative - a partnership of community and corporate leaders dedicated to training tomorrow's workforce today.
