MicrobesNG is an innovative microbial genome sequencing service. We provide value driven Short and Long read whole genome sequencing and bioinformatics analysis to our global customer base for microbial applications (including bacterial, fungal and viral samples.) Prices start from £50 per sample for our Standard Service and £250 per sample for our Enhanced Genome Service. Our journey so far has been amazing! Founded in 2014 within the University of Birmingham, with support of a BBSRC grant, we established our business and began to thrive. The next chapter in our evolution came in August 2019 when we “spun out” of the University after 5 years of successful operation. Since then it’s been onwards and upwards. We are on a mission to deliver high value, quality sequencing data within academia and the public and private sectors.
