Objectives The Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA) is India’s premier institution dedicated to training Officers of the country’s higher civil services. Induction-level professional training for officers of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) 3. Mid-career training for IAS officers 4.
