CPL Heating & Plumbing Ltd specialises in all aspects of Mechanical Building Services Engineering. Established in 1984 by the current directors CPL has grown from a small Plumbing Company to become a respected and well known multi-disciplined Building Services provider whose principles of Quality, Value and Partnership are reflected in our multi million pound turnover. We have developed an extensive portfolio of clients including Local Government Authorities, Local Education Authorities, NHS Trusts, Housing Associations, Consulting Practices and many local and national building contractors. CPL has grown organically with phased expansion over recent years and during these planned periods of growth and development we have been able to increase and broaden our client base, The range of services offered, the skills of our work force and the size and complexity of projects undertaken whilst continuing to provide our customers with a quality end product. Our workload is secured from a variety of well established clients either through competitive tendering, negotiation, framework agreements or on a partnering basis. We act as both Principal Contractor direct for our Local Authority clients and as subcontractor for works procured through building contractors.
