About ODC ODC originally stood for “Oliver Dietrich Consulting”, a freelance consultancy business Oliver started after he left IdentTechnology in 2011. In 2012 ODC started the FreshDetect project, which he co-founded in 2013 and subsequently acted as the CEO until 2019. When FreshDetect acquired the “Series A” financing round in 2015, he founded the “ODC & Management” corporation to transfer and manage FreshDetect and other shares within this corporation.
