We provide specialised accommodation for people with a disability seeking to change their life with increased independence, comfort, choice about where and how they live and greater opportunities to connect with others. We are able to provide support to participants wanting to explore their eligibility for our homes. Both within our team, and by connecting people to a valued network of therapist and support coordinators who can assist them to apply for SDA funding within their NDIS plan.
