We are WCM Training & Consulting team, an organization of Professional Trainers fully dedicated to support operations training initiatives at World Wide level. What we do: - Develop effective training solutions to increase manufacturing skills and accelerate the spread of a culture of improvement at the plant - Train and coach Internal Trainers of Association - Standardize World Class training packages, incorporate learning solutions and best practices on the factory floor - Share the FCA approach with suppliers and WCM Association partners
