We at RAM produce 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 which process polyurethane, fabric, textile and fibers. We stand out in the automatic cutting industry for customizing our products so that they meet our customers’ needs. Our range of contour cutters divides into two groups of machines: - 𝗛𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 / 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 They make use of the oscillating blade, continuous blade, and abrasive wire technologies, to process upholstery (e.g. sofa sets), bedding products (e.g. mattresses and pillows), acoustic insulation, as well as automotive and marine components. A special line of products is dedicated to the precision cutting of high-density foam to manufacture technical items, such as sound absorbing pyramidal boards, multilayered materials, rebonded foam, memory foam, etc. - 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 Based on blade technology, they combine industrial productivity requirements with high cutting precision. They are suited to produce fashion items, upholstery, padding, composites, thermo-acoustic insulation, packaging, as well products for the marine and the automotive industries. In addition, thanks to automatic spreaders for fabrics and wadding, this line offers advantages in terms of setup and process times. All our products are entirely conceived, developed and assembled 𝗶𝗻-𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲.
