ADL Traffic and Highways Engineering Ltd was formed in 1996 to provide traffic and transportation consultancy services. Expanded in 1999 to provide a wider range of services including highway and drainage design. ADL offices are located in both London and Bristol. ADL have undertaken traffic and transportation studies for both the public and the private sectors for all kinds of new development. Providing advice to clients from the initial concept stage, through the planning processes to the final negotiation of S278/S106 Agreements. We also have a great deal of experience in preparing and presenting evidence at public inquiries.
