ZUU methodology started in ruggered Australia by Nathan Helberg out of necessity. To regain mobility lost through traditional training, ZUU spread rapidly into elite sports, armed forces & then commercially. The ZUU HQ model was established in 2009 by Nathan & his wife Elissa on the Gold Coast Queensland, Australia. ZUU training has grown organically over the years across the globe most noteably in an exclusive relationship with one of the most recognised brands in the fitness industry, Virgin Active Gyms. They now have now have ZUU through all of their 110+ U.K clubs & now launching in their Italian territory. Although world class, the true power of ZUU is its Culture. Based on Inspiring, Empowering, Earning Respect & Humility, ZUU culture is disrupting the landscape within the fitness industry which often revolves around commercialism first with no mention of Purpose or Culture. Nathan & Elissa use this Culture in their Global Health Initiative, ZUU Chimps which they started back in 2010. A FREE program now being run in 7 countries funded by their company to Inspire & Empower our youth in understanding movement to maintain their own health. The power of this program affects the mental, social & physical aspects of health while building resilience & self confidence.
