We are Open Door Youth Housing Support Service (formerly St. George Accommodation for Youth Limited) with a proud 30-year history of supporting young people from within the St. George and Sutherland areas We specialise in Case Management and Accommodation Support for young people aged between 16 and 25 with complex needs we provide Specialist Case Management to young adults who are managing their Mental Health and/or those with complex needs we provide this support to young people who are at risk of becoming homeless or to young people who are already without a home we welcome referrals from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island people and those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds (CALD) we work together with government and non-government support services such as FACS – Housing NSW, Centrelink, St. George Mental Health and other local partners to help prevent homelessness, we work together with the SHS – Specialist Housing Services sector, families and other housing providers, including private rental
