At the Inner Arts Institute, we offer and teach traditional therapeutic and indigenous healing methods that build the capacity to live with strength, love, and authenticity as individuals, families, and communities. While we spend 20 or more years teaching our children to relate to the outer world and become skilled at a trade or profession, we often neglect the inner world: emotions, relationships, spiritual alignment, and skills for changing thought structures or behaviors that aren’t serving our well-being. THE INNER ARTS are those that enrich our inner life, our knowledge and appreciation of Self, the awakening of consciousness, as well as the fostering of happiness and creativity.
