House & Car
www.houseandcar.shopIt must be said to be noted that the car fleet in Cameroon has evolved at high speed over the last decade, going from 16 to 49 vehicles per 1000 inhabitants. Almost 92% of this fleet are second-hand vehicles and the majority of the players in this branch of activity operate in the informal sector. Several transactions end in a fishtail (scams, abuse, truncated information on the items sold, cocealment etc.) due to the bad faith of certain actors. This has led to an accentuated loss of confidence and a growing mistrust on the demand side, where the desire to buy a car on the local market has almost completely disappeared. The lack of a park that can serve as a base for members of the diaspora operating occasionally or permanently in the sector, coupled with limited access to the automobile market for people living in the hinterland or in the countryside and in neighboring countries has led us to reflect on the possibility of setting up an entity, or better a mechanism that would fill this gap by restoring confidence, reliability and business security in the sector, with the help of the most recent technological tools and means, in a very complex ecosystem which continues to deteriorate day by day; also taking into account the demanding needs of consumers belonging to this particular generation, known as the Baby-Boomers Generation. All this, without any possible rise in market prices which is very often the logical result inherent in the intervention of an intermediary in a sector or branch of economic activity. Our mission therefore consists of: modernizing and professionalizing the housing and car sales sector in Cameroon and in the Central African sub-region; re-establishing commercial trust between players in the real estate and car sectors; facilitating access to this market for different classes of the population; in the short or medium term, position ourselves on the sub-region markets as the leader in these fields, therefore the ideal partner for investors.
