Ellis Exclusive Villas is very much a family-owned & family-run vacation rental business in Florida, Orlando. We managed various homes in Kissimmee & Davenport and provide a one stop shop for owners. Our aim is to give every one of our guests the magical vacation they are dreaming of. We know many of our guests have been saving up for years for this trip of a lifetime & we really try to go the extra mile in making those dreams come true. What you see is what you get with us. We never allocate on arrival. And we don’t push villas on to you if we don’t think they match up with what you want. We are happy to help guests book attraction tickets, arrange car hire, plan parties – or even arrange a special visit from Mickey Mouse himself! In fact, I’d like to encourage you to pick up the phone & give us a call. There’s nothing I like more than speaking with guests over the phone. It’s much more personal than email & it really helps us get a sense of what you are looking for from a vacation, so we can tailor just the right package for you. We’re here pretty much all the time. In fact, we still welcome back our very first guests who booked with us back in 2005.
