The Cumberland County Improvement Authority (The Authority) serves as Cumberland County’s multi-purpose financing, development, and project management agency whose primary purpose is to plan, finance and construct public improvements such as schools, municipal buildings, transportation facilities, housing developments, infrastructure redevelopment, roadway construction and beautification, and convention facilities. Throughout our existence the Authority has been responsible for the financing and project management of major public development projects vital to the economic future of Cumberland County and New Jersey.
